Old Net Charm

Hi. I was a sysop back in the days. I found a software that does everything you ever want in a BBS, however using a modern software. Introducing Nextcloud. Nextcloud is a collaborative software written for Linux. Users can access your site with an internet browser. They can browse through the file base, browse the image/video gallery. They can even view the images, or play the video on the website. They can UL/DL files, like, comment, share, tag, bookmark everything. They can video chat, private text and group text anybody. There's external integrations such as connecting email accounts, dropbox, and even with other Nextcloud servers. There's an RSS feed. They can listen to online radio from around the world, and plenty more...

It's easier to configure than a BBS, believe it or not. I run it on my NAS device Synology DS918+

BTW, Synology NAS comes with their own OS called DSM. It's my favorite gadget.

Check it out. http://nx.oldnetcharm.net

See you later!
